The Valority Design Partner Program for Luke, our autonomous AI decision engine.
Every function now runs on data it can't fully interrogate. Finance, sales, marketing, product and operations all wait on the same small group of analysts to explain what changed and why.
Dashboards report what happened. The next step is a system that reasons through the data and recommends what to do about it.
Rising costs without visibility into root causes
Performance decline without diagnostic clarity
Manual, slow budget and resource allocation
Targets missed with no clear explanation why
The same metric defined differently by each team
Heavy reliance on analysts for routine answers
Data spread across systems that don't reconcile
No shared definition of what "good" looks like
The Valority Design Partner Program (DPP) is a collaboration with finance, sales, marketing, product and operations teams inside enterprise organizations.
As a design partner you work directly with Valority's founders and engineering team to shape Luke, our autonomous AI decision engine. Your real scenarios drive the product's direction, and your organization's definitions, KPIs and business language become part of Luke's core intelligence.
This is not a typical early-access or beta program. It is a co-creation partnership.
High-impact decision workflows across any business function
Evolving reasoning capabilities with real scenarios from your org
A category-defining AI decision engine for enterprise teams
Luke is in an advanced development phase, not full production readiness. Our partnership runs on candid feedback and fast iteration.
Not all workflows will be available on day one. Capabilities will be introduced progressively.
Early outputs may be partially automated or assisted. Accuracy will improve iteratively with your feedback.
Your input will directly shape use case priority, metric definitions, and how recommendations are structured.
You will work directly with Valority's founding team each week for technical alignment and rapid iteration.
A structured path to co-develop and validate the decision workflows that matter most to you.
Jointly define 3-5 high-value use cases (e.g., explain why costs increased, diagnose workflow performance).
Success metrics, data mapping, governance rules.
Collaboratively build the semantic layer, KPI definitions, and classification models.
Early prototype outputs begin.
Luke generates early root-cause analyses, scenarios, and summaries.
We jointly evaluate reliability, accuracy, and explainability.
Your team uses Luke's maturing workflows in daily operations (performance reviews, budget testing).
We measure improvements in efficiency and decision velocity.
Structured evaluation against success metrics and operational value.
Potential transition to formal production onboarding.
Be the first to test and shape Luke's reasoning across root-cause diagnostics, spend allocation, performance analysis, and decision quality — applied to your domain.
Shape the semantics, KPI definitions, decision logic and validation rules Luke runs on. Your language becomes part of Luke's intelligence.
Weekly co-building sessions, a shared collaboration channel, and direct access to Valority's founders and engineers.
Preferential design-partner pricing, locked-in rates for future use, and priority onboarding for the full product release.
Access to relevant, anonymized datasets to build and validate Luke's reasoning. (e.g., Operational platforms, web analytics, ERP, CRM, revenue data).
Commitment of 1–2 hours per week for reviewing outputs, giving detailed feedback, and refining definitions with our team.
Agreement to participate in iterative testing cycles as Luke's reasoning models improve and new capabilities are introduced.
A joint case study if mutual success metrics are achieved.
While this is a co-building stage, design partners can expect to achieve significant gains in clarity and efficiency.
Much faster identification of performance anomalies.
Clearer understanding of cost drivers and where value leaks out.
Better, evidence-backed budget and resource decisions.
Greater consistency in KPI definitions across the team.
Reduced dependency on analysts for core answers.
A more reliable, unified view from operational activity through to revenue.
Note: These are collaborative outcomes, not guaranteed performance uplifts.
We are inviting a small group of teams to become design partners. If shaping the next generation of autonomous decision intelligence is a priority for your organization, we would like to explore a partnership.
